2. Orders & Payment
• All prices listed are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Payment is required at the time of purchase via our secure Shopify checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times vary based on shipping destination and method selected at checkout.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
• A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
4. Returns & Exchanges
• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We do not offer refunds; all returns will be processed as store credit.
• To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lauzam.com.
• Items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items, personalized products, or items that have been opened and are missing their tags.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

• We strive to present our products accurately through descriptions and photographs.
• Please note that handmade items may vary slightly in color, size, and texture; these differences are not considered defects.
